ok this is what to do, i have the same kind of hair!!! first use shampoo and conditioner. leave the conditioner on your hair for ATLEST 3 min and ALL over your hair. then wrap in a towel untill most of the hair is dry (this is to help with the friz) then take a regular flat brush and blow dry it pulling the sections with the brush. Then you may want to use a flat iron if you need it straighter. Now i have blond hair so use the kind that is good for your hair, but i get sheer blond dream silk, this is what keeps it silky soft and managable, (helps hide those broken ends too) good luck!

On the left you'd just washed it, on the right you combed and conditioned it. Maybe used a hotcomb to tame the frizz. So what's the big deal? Are you selling something?

The right side of the picture looks like it has been washed, conditioned, with product in it. It has been straitened with a flat iron and probably has a serum in it to get the shine.

hii. i highlighted my hair blonde like , about five monthes ago. my natural hair is wavy %26amp; it looks like vanessa hudgens` (sp) hair. so i think im just gonna go back to my darker hair with only a few light brown highlights.

I think you would look like a million in honey high lites done with foil only. And you are needing a new do! You have a cute heart face, I'd see some one that charges a lot of money for a cut, like an independent stylist. Something to bring out your small face. the all dark hair makes your face look old and tired, and the reddish done at home color looks harsh, cheap. But if you go with something a professional picks out you would look like a movie star...good luck

I definitely like the dark hair way better. In my opinion, people with naturally dark hair look really pretty with their natural hair color.

With your skin tone, I would go with a lighter hair color. I can't say blonde exactly, but a lighter brown with some auburn highlights would accentuate your skin tone instead of washing it out or making it look too dark.

If what I'm picturing is even close to what you're describing, I think that will be kind of ugly (the cut, not the color).

Instead, bring in a picture of Robert Smith from The Cure. Or Edward Scissorhands. Same haircut, essentially. Someone needs to bring back the "Fat Bob"!!

Don't do it! You'll really regret it in a year or two. Just keep your natural color and get a plain shaggy cut. If you do want it darker, ask for dark brown (NOT BLUE BLACK) you'll look really fake and cheap.

Lots of black eye makeup, eyeliner, mascara, dark red lipstick. Maybe some blush in the same color family as the lipstick and you can use the blush for the eyelids too with some greys. Shade eyebrows with black eye brow pencil as well if you have light eyebrows.

It'd also be really cool if you learned how to talk like a pirate too lol

Ok, for make-up, use a lot of black eyeliner on bottom and top and smudge. Some tan foundation will make it seem like you've been out on the sun in a ship all day, and add some red lipstick.

For hair, I think it would be really cute if you curl your hair in big curls, and add a bandana.

Don't forget to add big, gold hoops!
