I have a round face (if you can't tell) and my hair color is red faded into blonde. (blonde is my natural color and the color I'm aiming for). My hair is about shoulder length and I want to avoid long hair if possible.

cut it short like a pixie cut. Short and a tad spiky would look cool.

why not try a bob or something with layers? it might make youre face look rounder though (although it didnt look that round to me) it might be a cute easy style for summer that will grow back by the end

For an edgy style i would say a blonde short haircut thats kind of razored with some angled bangs. Sort of choppy...

Well I don't see anything wrong with your hair now, but you also don't seem like the type who is scared to make a bold statement so if you want, I would say chop it off...Go kind of short with like a bob but having it get longer as it gets closer to the front...Switch up the colors...That would be hot.
