Hair do question!!?

I want to know how to do this hair do or if you could please send me a link to a picture that has this hair do in it. How do you make little tweeky things on your head? I know i just made up this word but i think it explains kinda. They are like little buns that are sometimes "spickey" here are some words that just cam eto my mind while thinking of this hair style Zinky, Twiky, Zeeky.... Anywho sometimes rocker looking chicks have this hair do..
