Hmm.... its best if go to a good hair salon and show them the particlar pic of liz and tell the hair dresser there you want exactly that... Good luck..;)...

quite easily, i'd think.

you just need to dye it a dark chocolate brown, and get some loose curls into it. there's a few ways of getting them, but the best option is to loosely curl/wave your hair with a curling iron.
