Technical term about hair, help please.?

I found this sentence and can't imagine what it is like: "I flipped out my hair" Do you happen to have a picture of flipped out hair?

Technical term about hair, help please.?

All it means is that the ends of your hair are flipped up and out, instead of being curled under. It works best on short to medium length hair. If you want to try it, next time you blow dry your hair use a big round brush. Curl your hair around the brush so that it is rolling up toward the top of your head. If you want a fun, choppy look, finish with a pomade like Redken Undone.
