How do you make your hair wavy?

My hair is completely straight. I absolutely love wavy hair like this:

i have a curling iron, but my hair is so thick it takes hours to do! and it never turns out the way i want it to. also those foam curlers just make my hair WAYY too springy and the curls are too tight. does anyone have any ideas on how to make my hair have loose waves like those pictures?

see my hair is really frizzy and crazy curlly...also its outragously thick so i have to straightn it or try and controll the curl so i try to do the whole gel and scrunch thing sometimes it works... what i would do is look for some diffrent gels and try then out and see if any of them work... sorry i noe that probally wasnt that helpful... but good luck!!!

Ok well to be honest .. they have so many people to work on their hair eachday. Heres what I do when I get out of the shower I wipe off my hair and stuff. Tip your head upside down spray hairspray in it and crunch it with your hands than flip your head up and do it again. The first few times I did it I missed a few spots, but I finally got it! Sometimes after it fianlly drys after you crunch it .. take a curling iron to it.

Oh thats easy! Heres a list of differnt ways...

1. Use a curling iron and barel curl it. Then just seperate the curls and spray with hairspray.

2. Get your hair wet (you dont have to wash it,just get it wet) and right after, comb it out good and scrunch enough moose or gel into your hair and keep scruching untill its a little dryer (not nonstop).

3. Go to your hairstylest and ask for a perm. There usually 100 dollars but your hair stay natural butiful, curly or wavy for almost three years.

My sister has straight thick hair but do not worry their is a solution to get wavy hair and I no how.The items that you need to have are a brush,teaser. First you need to take a shower make sure your hair is dry blow dry it completely!!!!! Then get your teaser on start to tease your front part of your hair.
